Affirmations are an integral part of Tend Roses and a foundational Law of Attraction concept. You can read more about them on our Affirmations page and in the Tend Roses Guidebook on pages 16, 17, 47 & 48.
The Tend Roses system will help you identify your wants and then help you create affirmations to go along with those wants. Repeating and focusing on these affirmations will help your wants manifest themselves in your life.
- After creating an affirmation, you then write it with your Tend Roses permanent marking onto a Tend Roses Visual Cling.
- The next step is to choose a spot that you will see often throughout your day. This may be your shower wall, a mirror, the steering wheel in your car, your computer, desk, a cupboard, your refrigerator, a wall, a door or even the ceiling. Peel the backing paper off and stick it to the spot you have chosen. You are only limited by your imagination.
- The instructions are to read it or say it out loud every time you see it.
- To challenge your brain, change their location often as this will renew your focus again.
